In everything, we look to love God, love others, and make disciples. The Christian life is an all-play and each of us has a calling on our lives with full authority from the Holy Spirit to minister the gospel and participate in the coming kingdom of God. The work of ministry is not limited to pastoral staff and ministry leaders, but to the collective followers of Christ.

We are a family overseen by a team of elders, who we consider spiritual parents. We also lean on the gifting of deacons and a very minimal staff. All areas of leadership serve the purpose equipping the saints for the works of ministry that the Lord has called them to (Eph. 4:12). For a list of elders, deacons and staff, click HERE.
As God's family, we seek to care for the entire person - what often begins as meeting a basic need (James 2:15-17) can turn into deeper spiritual friendship and healthy dependence on one another.
As members of Christ's body, all have something to give and something to receive. Therefore, care cannot depend on a system, but on the proximal relationships in our lives. This allows for creative, contextualized care to occur. We aim to be a community who gives beyond our ability (2 Cor. 8:3) because we have been given everything by God (Matt. 10:8)
